We have a return policy of 14 days. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@novaandnoir.com. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Coffijboomstraat 92, 1013CG Amsterdam.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted, not returned, and not refunded.

Damage and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned either.

Items on sale (all items with a discount) and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

Legal Cooling-Off Period of 14 Days in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a reason (Please be aware that this does not apply to personalized products and sale items). As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified, and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.

Please be aware that personalized products are non-refundable once purchased.
